Contest ends August 7, 2008. Drawing for winner will be held on August 8, 2008 during the OSHRM Board meeting. Contest winners will be notified via email no later than August 11, 2008. If contest winner is unable to attend, another name will be drawn; prize is not transferable. Winners may not receive cash equivalent prize except as indicated below for OSHRM members already signed up to attend the conference and upon presentation of the appropriate documentation. Contest winner assumes any liability incurred from participation in contest. OSHRM assumes no liability.

Contest will provide king-size bed, nonsmoking accommodations at the Sheraton Boston Hotel for the nights of October 1 – 4, 2008. ASHRM Annual Conference Registration fees (at the ASHRM member rate) to attend the conference and $300 to apply to airfare.

If you have already signed up and/or your employer is covering your fees, OSHRM will reimburse your employer up to the fees indicated above or we will reimburse you directly - upon presentation of receipts for registration fee, airfare and/or hotel.

Current OSRHM Board Members are not eligible to enter this contest.
